Where is the Anti-Deficiency Act Computer Based Training?
This tutorial was moved to the Air Force Portal (AFP). You will need an AFP account to access the material. Any U.S. Government Civilian, U.S. Military member or ally, or contractor supporting military efforts is eligible to create an account. There is an easy registration process using your Common Access Card (CAC).

The Financial Management Distributed Learning Center (FMDLC), located in the top left of the Education and Training CoP, houses a wealth of online training resources including the FM Body of Knowledge curriculum (FM BoK). The FM BoK curriculum includes the latest Certifying Officer and Accountable Official (COAO) and Resource Advisor (RA) training.
